Kit includes: 2* heavy duty Club Car DS rear leaf springs（ OEM# 102006501、1014675、1011149、1012618）, 4*metal spacers（OEM# 1012303）,8* rubber bushings（OEM# 1015583）, 2* U bolts(OEM# 1014902) with lock nut(OEM#1014555)
